One route to the editorial desk, and a straight account of what we can act on — plus where to go for the things we cannot.

In short

Email the editorial desk at editorial@mawarslotresmi.sa.com. That is the only contact route, and it reaches the people who write these pages. We can fix errors, add a jurisdiction, or explain how something on this site was sourced. We cannot intervene in a dispute with a gambling operator, recover money, or tell you whether a site is safe — the sections below point to the bodies that can act.

How to reach the editorial desk

One address, read by the people who produce the site: editorial@mawarslotresmi.sa.com

There is no telephone number, no postal address, no live chat and no social media account. That is not evasiveness — it is that inventing them would be fabrication, and a support channel we could not actually staff would be worse than none. This is a small editorial project, and the contact surface is sized to match.

A useful subject line speeds things up considerably:

Subject lines and what they route to
SubjectUse it for
CorrectionA factual error, a dead official link, a register that no longer behaves as described. See the corrections policy.
JurisdictionA market we do not yet cover, ideally with the regulator’s official website.
SourcingA question about where a specific claim came from, or how we verified it.
AccessibilitySomething on this site that is difficult or impossible to use.

What is genuinely useful to send

  • A dead or redirected official link. Regulators move registers without redirects more often than you would expect, and a broken link on a complaints or self-exclusion page is the kind of error that harms someone.
  • A register that has changed. If a field we say you can search by has been removed, or a new one added, that changes the procedure we publish.
  • A renamed, merged or dissolved authority. These happen, and the out-of-date name propagates everywhere.
  • A support service whose details have changed, or which no longer operates.
  • An unclear passage. If a page left you unsure what to actually do, that is a defect in the page, not in you.
  • A jurisdiction worth adding, with the regulator’s official site.

What we cannot help with

This is the honest list, and it covers most of what arrives.

  • We cannot get your money released. We have no standing with any operator, no leverage, and no ability to contact one on your behalf.
  • We cannot tell you whether a specific site is safe or legitimate. We do not assess operators. The most we can do — and it is genuinely worth doing — is show you how to check the authority’s own register yourself.
  • We cannot investigate an operator, take a report about one into any process, or pass a complaint to a regulator for you.
  • We cannot give legal advice. Everything here is general information about how regulatory systems work, and it cannot account for where you live or what happened in your account.
  • We cannot self-exclude you, close an account, or reverse a transaction. None of those is within reach of a website; they sit with the scheme, the operator or your payment provider.
  • We cannot tell you where to gamble. No page on this site recommends an operator, and no email from us will either.
  • We cannot help you gamble from somewhere you are not permitted to. We do not explain how to work around geographical restrictions, age checks, verification or self-exclusion, and we will not do so by email.

Where to go instead

If you arrived here because something has gone wrong, these pages are more useful than an email to us, because they route you to bodies that can actually decide something.

If gambling is causing harm

Please do not wait on an email from us. Independent support services exist in most of the markets covered here, several are free and confidential, and they are staffed by people trained for exactly this conversation.

Support services and how to reach them lists who operates each service and what it offers. If you want to stop being able to gamble with licensed operators in a particular market, self-exclusion explains the official schemes, including the important detail of what each one does not cover.

For gambling businesses and their agencies

To save everyone time:

  • There is no listing on this site to be added to, paid for, improved or appealed. We publish no operator directory.
  • We do not accept guest posts, sponsored content, link insertions or “content partnerships”, and we do not reply to outreach proposing them.
  • We do not sell advertising.
  • If you are a regulator or an official body and something on this site misdescribes your rules, register or process, please write in — that is a correction and we will act on it against your published sources.
